Is it possible to add or modify tasks after a project has been created?

Yes. To add a task to a project, go to your Projects Workspace and click the yellow Project button to go to your Project Dashboard.

In your Project Dashboard, click the View Details in the Schedule Pane.

You will be able to modify your tasks and milestones list from this page. Make sure to Save each task you edit and then click Project Dashboard to return to the project.
