How do I set up a user as a reviewer?

If you are a User AND a Contact - the contact should NOT be enabled with Job Launch Submitter or Collective Access and therefore will not have a log in. These functions will be controlled by your User record.
 
It is strongly recommend to correct all the Contact records who are also Users (you'll notice a red stripe on their contact box for those that are only Contacts). Otherwise, a conflict can occur that causes confusion logging in and trying to review proofs.

Please contact Support if you have trouble verifying that your user and contact records are properly set up.
