You can further define a review team as a Sequential Review Team. Setting the option for the Review Team to be sequential ensures that the first person in the Review Team will receive an email notification to review the project. After the first person's review is complete, the second person will receive a notification to review, followed by the 3rd, 4th, etc.
1. Click on the "Contacts" tab at the top of the workspace to display the Contact Management menu.
Create New Review Team
2. Select the "Add Review Team" Button.
3. Provide the Review Team with a name and select the contacts to add to the Review Team
4. Optional - Mark if the team should be sequential when will notify each member after the previous member has completed the review and allows access to the project sequentially.
Upload to a Review Team
1. Upload a new project and select Contact(s)
2. On the Select Contact page, select
3. Use the pulldown filter on the Contact picker to select Review Teams
4. Complete rest of project details before releasing. When the email notification goes out, all Review Team members will receive a notification and each can login to review the project as desired. Each of the Review Team members will see only completed reviews of others. If the Review Team was set as Sequential, each member will receive their project access email once the preceding member has completed their review.
