How do I edit my company's information?

The Company Info tab allows you to populate general information about your company. The values populated on this menu will have several effects during posting and communicating projects.


Contact - The contact displayed here is the contact that was used when the inMotion account was created.  They are created as the administrator by default.  This field can be edited as needed, but is not necessary to be changed to allow a different user to have administrative privileges, any user can given any set of privileges by going to the User Edit screen.
Company Name - The company name populated on this screen is what will appear by default on all Email Notifications when a project is released.  You can change the email notification template default to display a different company name if you do not wish to display what is listed on the Company Info menu.
Time Zone - The time zone setting allows you to set your local time for which the basis of all communication time stamps will be generated.  Your clients may reside in different times zones when reviewing a project, so setting this value to your local time ensures you see the relevant data.
