At the login page, a user or contact can click "Forgot Password?" and follow the on-screen instructions to reset their password or retrieve their username.
Additionally, an InMotion Admin can reset the password of any user or contact in inMotion.
To reset a password for a user:
1.Navigate to the Account tab > Account Settings > Users/Groups tab
2.Click the user's name in need of a password reset.
3.Optional - type a password in the "Reset Password" section and re-type the password then click “Save”.
4.Resend the login credentials to the user by clicking the gray "Resend Credentials" button above the permissions.
To reset a password for a contact (any user can reset a password for a contact):
1.An user must navigate to the Contacts tab and click on the contact's name in need of a password reset.
2.Optional - Type and re-type the password for the contact in the "Login Credentials" section. Then click “Save”.
3.Click the gray "Resend Credentials" button.
